Simple and delicious mushrooms grilled in balsamic, soy and garlic sauce!
Today I have a new side dish recipe for you, the Roasted Balsamic Garlic Soy Mushroom is easy to prepare and so delicious! These mushrooms are as easy to prepare as sautéing whole mushrooms in soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and garlic and roasting until everything is nice and soft! Despite its simplicity, this mushroom will be the star of your next meal!
* Ingredients :
° 2 pounds mushrooms
° 1 tablespoon oil
° 3 tsp vinegar balsamic
° 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
° 3 garlic cloves, minced
° 1/2 teaspoon minced thyme
° Salt and pepper to taste
* Directions :
Place mushrooms in oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper, arrange in a single layer on a baking tray and roast in a preheated 400F/200C oven until mushrooms are tender, about 20 minutes, mixing through halfway through.
