Strawberry Poke Cake is made from a white cake soaked with a mixture of strawberry sauce with white chocolate, topped with strawberry pie filling and whipped cream.

The best strawberry poke cake I’ve ever had! This homemade dessert is basically a dream come true, if you let me make a cheesy comparison, I would say that’s what the angels probably eat!
I mean, this strawberry poke cake is so soft and fluffy that it just melts in your mouth. It’s hydrated too, yeah, I said it, it’s hydrated! Because it is filled with wonderful white chocolate sauce. Topped with a layer of strawberry pie filling and a thick layer of homemade whipped cream, every bite tastes like spring!
Usually, the jello poke cake is dipped in a strawberry gelatin mixture, well, I took it to a whole new level and made the strawberry sauce with white chocolate, which was poured all over the cake and went into all the holes. Full of flavor, airy, sweet and filled with all kinds of delicious and different strawberries, this dessert is great and also easy to prepare.
* Ingredients :
° 1 packet of white cake mix (plus ingredients to prepare the batter)
Ingredients commonly called cake batter:
° 3 egg whites
° 1 cup of water
° 1/3 cup vegetable oil
+ White Chocolate Strawberry Mix:
° 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
° 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
° 1 package (3 ounces strawberry-flavored gelatin JELL-O)
° 1/4 cup warm water
+ Other ingredients:
° 2 cans (21 ounce strawberry pie filling)
° 2 cups heavy whipping cream (full-fat and cold)
° 2 tablespoons of sugar
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 10-15 fresh strawberries (sliced)
* Instructions :
* Preparing white cake:
Preheated oven to 350 degrees F .
Grease a 9 13 inch cake pan with flour & sprinkle with flour.
Prepare white cake batter according to directions on the box. Pour blending to prepared pan & baking about 27-33 min . Let it cool for 10 minutes and use the bottom of a wooden spoon to make holes all over the cake.
* White Chocolate Strawberry Mix:
In a medium bowl, microwave-safe, mix white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in the microwave until warm for about a minute, stir and heat for 30 seconds or more if needed. Stirring until totally blended, sleek and shiny.
Add the strawberry gelatin mixture to the warm water. Make sure to melt it, otherwise it will be gritty. Stirring strawberry blending in condensed milk mix until totally blended & glazed .
Pour the strawberry chocolate mixture over the cake and use a spoon to distribute it evenly in the holes.
Allow cake to cooedl totally and putting it in refrigerator for an 1h .
* Other layers :
Place the strawberry pie filling on the cake if you are using it.
In a large bowl, whisk heavy cream, sugar and vanilla extract until hard peaks form.
Using a spoon, spread the whipped cream over the cake and spread it with a spoon.

Chill cake about at least 8 h or better nightly before serve .
