* Ingredients :
° 2 heads of broccoli (pink florets cut into bite-size pieces (discard stems))
° Eight ounces. Bacon (cooked/sliced)
° 8 ounces cheddar cheese (inch cubes)
° 1 onion (finely chopped)

° 1 c mayonnaise
° ½ c granulated sugar
° 3 teaspoons of white vinegar
* Directions :
In a large bowl, add broccoli, bacon, cheese, and onion.
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar, meanwhile stir the dressing with the broccoli mixture until all of the broccoli is covered. Broccoli salad can be served immediately, but it is best covered and refrigerated for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
