SOUP-VEGETABLE RECIPE

Vegetable-soup is traditional plate of soup plates, so about those who need to serving hot appetiizers on Ramadan table, learn how to make vegetable soup for health and wellness
* Ingredients :
 ° 3 tsp sauce-tomato.
° 2 tsp oats.
° A quarter a tsp of peppr-black & fine cumin.
° Two cubes of vegetable or chicken broth.
° Half a c vermicelli.
° 3 cloves of crushed garlic.
° One onion, one potato, one tomato, one eggplant, one sweet pepper, cut into small cubes.
° A large grain of carrots.
° 2 medium zucchini.


* How to prepare :
Chop each of: peppers, pumpkin, carrots, onions, eggplant, tomatoes and potatoes.
Peel and chop the eggplant. Put the onions and garlic in a small amount of oil and stir them, then add: pepper, zucchini, carrots and potatoes, mix the ingredients, then add: broth cubes, tomato sauce and spices.
Add boiling water and let it boil for fifteen minutes, then add oats, vermicelli, tomatoes and eggplant, leave the ingredients for ten minutes, then serve.
